Four more weeks to go and…The Ivy Dubai opens

Dubai; It’s official! The Ivy Dubai opens in exactly four weeks on June 9th at Jumeirah’s Emirates Towers Boulevard.

Over the last few weeks, FooDiva’s been lucky enough to taste a number of dishes from the Ivy menu (well there have to be some perks to the job), described as “empire food at its best”. I’ve certainly not eaten my way through the whole menu, with plenty more to tantalise our taste buds. Here are my faves;

Starters; Carpaccio of venison with citrus and rosemary dressing, Bang bang chicken with hot peanut sauce, Iced plum tomato soup with basil and mozzarella

Main courses; Thai-baked sea bass with tamari, mirin and wild ginger, Tortellini with snow peas and shoots The Ivy Dubai

Desserts; Lemon assiette trio, Bolivian wild chocolate and clementine bombe

Now FooDiva’s talked and talked, or rather typed and typed about The Ivy so much, you can read my earlier posts by clicking here and here. There’s not much left to write, other than Ivy, we sincerely hope you live up to all the hype.

Reservations have been open for a good couple of months, so if I were you, book that dream table now. The Ivy Dubai will open daily for lunch and dinner from June 9th. T; +971 4 3198767 E; theivy.reservations@jumeirah.com

Enjoy your weekend!

A bientôt.
