Now incase you’ve not gathered already, FooDiva much prefers eating out than in. It’s something to do with the whole experience, from making the restaurant booking and deciding what to wear to perusing that menu, and yes savouring every morsel. But sometimes, I do need a night in, so in this section you’ll find the odd recipe, gleaned from favourite chefs in Dubai and around the world, with some slightly adapted to FooDiva’s fussy tastes.
