Farmers’ Market returns to Dubai

Dubai; STOP PRESS! You may recall in April, Baker & Spice in Souk Al Bahar hosted Dubai’s first Farmers’ Market. Well good news for lovers of fresh locally sourced produce (yes believe it or not, the U.A.E has plenty), the market is back again for the cooler months at the same location – every Friday starting December 10th from 10am to 5pm (except December 31st). Expect to see aubergines, red, yellow and cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, mini pumpkins, grapes, lemons, limes, coriander, parsley, mint, as well as organic eggs, chicken, turkey and a few more surprises. And what’s more the farmers will be on hand to answer questions. I don’t know about you, but am very excited so I hope to see you there!
