FooDiva up for Best Blog in Dubai, plus the new Gourmet magazine!

FooDivaDubai; Exactly eight months to the day following FooDiva’s launch, I’ve been nominated for Best Blog in Dubai in the annual Ahlan! Best in Dubai awards. Shocked and stunned are understatements…FooDiva is amongst great company with nine other fabulous blogs, but if you love FooDiva (we are the only foodie blog to be nominated after all!), I’d love you to vote for me by clicking on this link. If you’re not already registered, you will have to online, but I promise it’s quick and painless.

GourmetIt’s then a patient, nerve-wracking wait until November 30th when winners will be revealed at the 2011 Best in Dubai event. You may also like to vote for Best Fine Dining Restaurant or Best Casual Dining Restaurant; FooDiva will cast her votes for sure.

On a separate note, if you’ve not yet picked up a copy of the new monthly foodie glossy, Gourmet then please, please do. Every month, you’ll find an expert column by your very own FooDiva, plus the odd feature article or two. This month, it’s the Restaurant of the Month feature, as well as the news pages. Whether you love dining out or eating in, it makes for a divinely delicious read.
