With six stores across Dubai International airport’s departure terminals including the stunning new Concourse D in Terminal 1, you can peruse the duty free champagne, wine and spirits collections at leisure, with guidance from qualified advisors. Or if you’re an advance planner, visit the website www.leclos.net, where you can take advantage of the click and collect service. Either way, a Le Clos concierge will meet you upon landing back at Dubai airport 24/7, with your bottles.
With over 1,300 wines and 400 spirits from the world’s best producers, prices start at a very affordable AED100 (French champagne included), right through to some of the world’s most sought-after bottles. To give you an example, one of my favourite champagnes (and Winston Churchill’s!), the Pol Roger Brut is only AED150. Complimentary bottle engraving is available to make any bottle even more special, and you can also try before you buy with free in-store tastings.
